Meet Jeanie Turner
Jeanie is the Director and founder of "One Way Out" Ministries, a ministry designed to help women who desire to leave the adult entertainment world for a better life. Jeanie came to the Monday night Bible Study "Help for Hurting Women" class at the suggestion of the woman who was discipling her in her walk to grow in Christ. Today Jeanie is a member of the Help for Hurting Women Ministry Team, a member of the Women's Ministries Board, an altar worker, and an integral part of our congregation. You will find Jeanie sitting close to the front of the sanctuary almost any time there is a service at First Assembly. It's usually pretty easy to spot Jeanie because she is a little eccentric in her use of the color purple.
